M.I.P. manufactures corrosion-resistant storage systems, such as storage and process tanks, for the chemical industry. For this, we always use composite materials (or glass-fibre-reinforced plastic). This is because composites do not rust or corrode like steel or other metals. Furthermore, they are impermeable to water, vapours and gases, and resistant to most chemicals. Composite materials are therefore the material of choice for the chemical storage of hazardous and harmful substances.
In the chemical industry, it is extremely important to handle (harmful) materials and raw materials with care. When developing and constructing our storage systems, we therefore always place the utmost importance on health, the environment and safety.
We build tanks and silos for companies across all sectors of the chemical industry. Some examples of sectors in which our tanks are used include the cleaning industry, the chlorine industry and the fertiliser industry.
