We are proud to announce that we are currently manufacturing storage tanks for TTM Tank Terminal Moerdijk once again. Earlier this year, we successfully delivered five tanks with a total storage capacity of over 14,000 m³. These tanks have proved to be a significant addition to the efficient storage and handling of bulk goods at TTM.
The next phase of expansion consists of two tanks, each with a capacity of 750 m³. These tanks are due to be delivered in early 2025 and will add a new dimension to the terminal’s storage capacity.
Sustainable technology at TTM
TTM heats its storage tanks entirely using 100% renewable energy. Thanks to our modern technology and equipment, we can handle bulk goods in an energy-efficient manner. This clearly cuts both ways:
- CO₂ reduction during production: the use of composite materials leads to lower CO₂ emissions during the production of the tanks.
- CO₂ reduction during use: heating with renewable energy and 40% better insulation values in our composite storage tanks provide additional benefits during the operational phase.
In addition, our approach includes:
- Low-temperature unloading: energy-efficient unloading of goods
- Biofuels: use of bio-heating oils
With these innovative solutions, TTM emphasises its commitment to sustainability and efficient service provision. We are proud of this partnership and look forward to future projects.
