When Jasper graduated from university, he immediately started looking for a job. M.I.P. offered the perfect job at the perfect time – and close to home, too. Although Jasper had no real work experience yet, M.I.P. gave him the chance to learn everything from scratch. Jasper has now been working at M.I.P. for a year and has great ambitions to progress within the organisation.

Werner has already gained a great deal of experience. Before joining M.I.P., he worked for a large multinational with various departments. The department where Werner worked eventually relocated to Ireland, forcing him to look for another job. Through Davy, Quality & Efficiency Manager at M.I.P. Megasolutions in Moerdijk, he ended up at M.I.P.

Having worked in a sales role at his previous job, Jeroen was looking for a new challenge where he could get more involved with technology. Through a recruitment agency and his experience in composites, he came into contact with M.I.P.
