M.I.P. New Year’s Reception

Last Friday, the M.I.P. New Year’s reception took place.

CEO Maikel Elst looked back on recent years and the growth and challenges M.I.P. had faced during that time, and thanked all staff for their dedication.

The focus was on the future, Vision 2030 and the Roadmap 2023,  elements of the Roadmap 2023 include: 

• Further revenue growth of 25%
• Further optimisation and automation of the production halls and machinery at Rijkevorsel
• Sprinkler systems in both factories
• Implementation of a styrene purification filter system (Environment)
• Implementation of a new ERP system
• Focus on HSQE

After the speech, staff were able to enjoy a buffet and a pleasant chat.
