Delivery of a 1,000 m³ tank in Ghent

At the end of last year, a 1,000 m³ composite tank with a diameter of 8.5 metres was delivered from the M.I.P. Tanks & Silos factory in Moerdijk (NL) to a customer in Ghent (BE).

This tank is intended for the storage of chlorine solution and was manufactured on behalf of our joint venture, Verwater Composites.

Thanks in part to the corrosion and chemical resistance of the composite (glass-fibre-reinforced plastic), the end customer will be spared maintenance costs for decades to come.
