Mitchell has been with M.I.P. since 2009. He started as an assistant operator and gradually worked his way up to operator trainer, team leader and finally to foreman. Mitchell is currently foreman for the finishing & assembly departments in our factory in Rijkevorsel (BE).
What a day as a foreman looks like? "I am responsible for the daily planning of both departments, perform quality checks, ensure that all materials are available and provide technical support where necessary."
