Mitchell Vandeleur – Foreman, Finishing & Assembly at M.I.P. Rijkevorsel (BE)

Mitchell has been working at M.I.P. since 2009. He started as an assistant operator and gradually worked his way up to operator trainer, team leader and eventually foreman. Mitchell is currently a shift supervisor for the finishing & assembly departments at our factory in Rijkevorsel (BE). 

What is a typical day like as a shift supervisor? “I handle the day-to-day planning for both departments, carry out quality checks, ensure all materials are available and provide technical support where necessary.”
