The Groot Zevert biogas plant contributes to making the agricultural sector more sustainable. It recovers valuable minerals from manure and other organic waste streams, turning them into green energy (gas and electricity), natural fertilisers and organic soil improvers.
For this process, M.I.P. was asked to supply three tanks, each with a capacity of 150m³ and a diameter of 4 metres. The nature of the products, combined with high temperatures, meant that M.I.P. had to use high-quality resins to ensure the tanks were resistant.
