Last Friday we celebrated the M.I.P. new year reception.
C.E.O. Maikel Elst looked back on the past few years and the growth and challenges that M.I.P. experienced in those years and thanked all employees for their efforts.
The focus was on the future, Vision 2030 and the Roadmap 2023, parts of the Roadmap 2023 are:
- Further revenue growth of 25%
- Further optimization & robotisation halls & Rijkevorsel machinery
- Sprinkler installations in both factories
- Implementing Styrene purification filter installation (Environment)
- Implementation of new ERP package
- Focus on HSQE
After the speech, the employees could enjoy a buffet and socialize.
