After the successful realization of five storage tanks in 2024, accounting for a total capacity of more than 14,000 m³, TTM is currently working on the next expansion of the terminal. In this new phase, two additional tanks of 750 m³ each will be added, further optimizing the company's storage and handling capabilities for bulk goods.

TTM further expands sustainable storage capacity
Sustainability as a driving force
What makes this expansion special is the emphasis on sustainable technology. TTM is strongly committed to energy efficiency and environmentally friendly processes. For example, all storage tanks are heated entirely with 100% renewable energy, which makes a significant contribution to reducing the carbon footprint.
Thanks to the use of modern technology and advanced equipment, bulk goods are processed in an energy-efficient manner. The composite materials used also reduce CO₂ emissions during the production of the tanks as well as improving performance during operation. For example, the composite tanks offer up to 40% better insulation values, which significantly reduces heating requirements.
Innovative solutions in practice
TTM's sustainable approach goes beyond material selection. Among other things, the terminal uses:
- Low-temperature unloading, which allows goods to be unloaded in an energy-efficient manner.
- Biofuels, such as bioheating oils, for environmentally friendly energy consumption.
