M.I.P. is continuously improving the organization, after all, this is a process that is never finished. Because our employees are the most important link in this, the M.I.P. Academy originated.
Every month, the employees per department come together to discuss various themes according to a fixed agenda. Think of safety, quality, order, tidiness, efficiency and work instructions. An internal or external specialist is also regularly present. Certain subjects from the Academy then reappear on a daily basis in the LEAN day start.
However, the most valuable tool of these daily and monthly meetings is the interaction between all members of the M.I.P. team. All as a team with their noses in the same direction and continuous improvement, that's what we stand for!
