M.I.P. Academy

M.I.P. is constantly working to improve the organisation; after all, this is a process that is never truly complete. As our staff are the key link in this process, the M.I.P. Academy was established.

Every month, staff from each department meet to discuss various topics according to a set agenda. These include safety, quality, order, tidiness, efficiency and work instructions. An internal or external specialist is also regularly present. Certain topics from the Academy are then revisited daily during the LEAN morning meeting.

However, the most valuable aspect of these daily and monthly meetings is the interaction between all members of the M.I.P. team. Working together as a team, all pulling in the same direction and striving for continuous improvement – that is what we stand for!
