Albert has been working at M.I.P. since 2007. He started as a production operator and worked his way up for 3 years to foreman and then to production manager wrapping & spraying machines at M.I.P. Rijkevorsel.
What does a day as a production manager look like? "I help to plan production, make staffing and prepare various projects for our operators in close consultation with the project leaders. I also program the robot-controlled machines and ensure that all materials are available on time, with regular quality checks being carried out ."
