Albert Samol - Production shift supervisor at M.I.P. Rijkevorsel (BE)

Albert has been working at M.I.P. since 2007. He started as a production operator and, over the course of three years, worked his way up to shift supervisor and subsequently to production manager for winding & injection moulding machines at M.I.P. Rijkevorsel. 

What is a typical day like as a production manager? “I help with production planning, draw up the staff rota and prepare various projects for our operators in close consultation with the project leaders. I also programme the robot-controlled machines and ensure that all materials are available on time, whilst carrying out regular quality checks.”
