From design to production

No other polyester company works as closely together with its customers as M.I.P. A complete team of experts support the customer from the product concept right through to the conclusion of the project – from the initial design to the final product. Each M.I.P. silo or storage tank is therefore a unique product, completely custom-made. M.I.P. prides itself on delivering a turnkey product that corresponds to the specific technical demands of each customer. In so doing, our product designers never lose touch with the capabilities of the site or the budget available. Everything can be discussed: size, shape, colour – even the application of the company logo.

The silos can be equipped with antistatic properties, or be produced from resins with food approval. Other technologies, such as dust-proofing systems, filling and discharge systems, ventilation… can be seamlessly integrated. M.I.P. always aims for maximum flexibility. The company also produces its own moulds, so that there are virtually no limits when it comes to the size and diameter of a silo or tank. M.I.P. is able to handle volumes of up to more than 500 m³! Moreover, M.I.P. continually invests in new technology to improve the ease of use and to increase the service life of its products.

Glass-fibre reinforced polyester is used in the technically most advanced areas (TGV, Airbus A 380, wind turbines). There are many applications within the treatment of surfaces of steel, the shipbuilding and the construction industry.
